on service and customer satisfaction, Remedy's provides a
complimentary wellness facility inside the pharmacy where
customers can ask questions, get free blood glucose testing,
blood pressure monitoring, holistic recommendations and
expert advice for all types of health conditions. For the
first time in the region, Remedy's introduces a wellness
pharmacy where patients can satisfy all of their health
concerns and needs in one service-oriented center.
At Remedy's,
Clinical Pharmacists are always available to answer your
questions; from interpreting labs test results to offering
helpful holistic suggestions, the friendly and sincere staff
are passionate continuously improving patient care and
pharmacy customer service. A separate and designated wellness area is
available for customers wishing to implement a specialized
healthcare program or regimen which is designed to optimize
patient therapies and enhance the quality of life.
WELLNESS CENTER
One of the most
unique aspects of Remedy's is the Wellness Center where
customers can get complimentary health evaluations and
advise by certified clinical pharmacists. Clinical services
which are offered include blood glucose testing, blood
pressure monitoring, weight checked, lab test readings,
life style modification programs, disease specific
nutritional recommendations, drug-drug interaction checking
and personalized wellness consultations. All services are
offered complimentary by friendly, qualified and certified
clinical pharmacists. iPads with a special healthcare
application are provided around the pharmacy and encourage
customers to learn more about health concerns in a fun and
exciting way. As part of a new concept which has been
now introduced to Jordan, Remedy's Wellness Pharmacy looks

CLINICAL PHARMACY PROFESSIONALS
Clinical
pharmacy is a health science discipline in which a clinical
pharmacist
provides patient care that optimizes medication therapy and
promotes health, wellness, and disease prevention. The
practice of clinical pharmacy embraces the philosophy of
pharmaceutical care; it blends a caring orientation with
specialized therapeutic knowledge, experience, and judgment
for the purpose of ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Doctor of
Pharmacy (PharmD/Clinical Pharmacist) degree have been
introduced to Jordan around 10 years ago; introducing unique
graduates that acquire the potential skills of clinical
pharmacy practice, though these experts are being destined
until this day to work only inside hospitals since it is the
only suitable work environment available. Studies showed
that the application of clinical pharmacy practice outside
the hospital will be welcomed by the community in addition
to be very effective in improving patient outcomes; when
performed the right way.

ABOUT US
Remedy's
Wellness Pharmacy was established with a vision to initiate and pioneer the new wave of the
Community Health Service Providing and become a hub for all
patient and wellness needs across Jordan and the Region. Our
mission is to professionally provide pharmaceutical care and
clinical pharmacy services for the first time as an
out-hospital facility in Jordan, within a uniquely operated
retail pharmacy chain throughout selected store locations.
